Hello, my name is Laura Jayne.

My biggest love is nature and I can often be found in the outdoors, breathing in the fresh air, looking out for wildlife.

I love being in the outdoors, usually with my naughty rescue dog by my side.

Being a client in my own therapy showed me the freedom and vibrancy of life that can be possible. Finding myself so deeply impacted by this work, I left my old careers behind, retrained and set up my own private practice.

I love my work as a therapist and find it a privilege to sit alongside another person on their unique path through the world.

Today we are more disconnected than ever before and I believe that the way back to ourselves and each other is through compassion.

I look forward to hearing from you if you would like to take the first steps on this journey.

Now a bit of the boring stuff

I am a Relational Integrative Psychotherapist and have been working with clients since 2018. I am registered with UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), am fully insured and have an up to date police check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). I also receive regular clinical supervision.

What is Psychotherapy?

With all the different types of therapy and counselling out there it can be confusing. Find out a bit more about my style of therapy here.
